    Great Pump

    Seems to be well made - I had a question and called their service number. It was answered by a "real" person who spoke English. How often does that happen ? He was knowledgeable and friendly, answered my questions. Have been using the pump continuously for about a week now. No troubles and puts out a strong amount of air.

    Not strong enough

    I bought it to use as a pond aerator but it doesn't make enough pressure to work. The defuser is at a depth of about 11 feet.

    Very quiet. It is rated to use half as much electricity as my previous air pump. Heavy, high quality build. Works great.

    High Quality and easy install.

    Runs cool and quiet! This pump has neodymium magnets in it to supposedly make it run cooler I believe that means not coils which produce heat, magnets instead like a brushless electric motor. It still needs coils but not as many. Claimed reliability is much better; up to 7 years vs loess an 3 years from the old pump. We shall see!

    quiet and working

    it seems to work properly and is quiet... of course time will tell how good a product it is, but it has been running quietly for a week.. it is 100 plus degrees outside here in texas and it is in a black box.. I installed a small fan to circulate air thru the box but it was working even before that.. not sure about getting parts when needed, but I have a backup pump if needed..
