Useful for today's busy people.
I really like the book. It helps that I am English because he uses certain words for ingredients that aren't used in Canada, but you can always Google them. The recipes are quick and although they took me more than 15 minutes, I didn't have everything ready like he did. I think if you were organized and had the kettle boiled etc you could probably finish them as quickly as he did. I have tried a couple of the recipes - the one for meat balls and another one for lamb koftas, but I used ground beef instead of lamb. The salads are really different and they all sound really healthy - not the usual lettuce and tomatoes. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes quick yummy meals.I really like the book. Amazing! Easy to follow recipes that make family meals fun and enjoyable.
Very good. Easy to follow recipes with colourful pictures that make you hungry. The sections are easy to find to enable me to choose a meal for the family also very helpful was the ingredients to have in my cupboards. Great to be able to cook healthy quick meals.
