I found the new fan to be of excellent quality, but the provided rubber mounting hardware was difficult to use. It would nice if instructions were provided, as I buggered up the install and broke the rubber screws. The seller sent out replacement parts (awesome) seller emailed how to use the mounting hardware. I found this didn’t hold the fan securely, so I drilled out the fan holes to 5/32” and was able to pull the rubber screws through the holes past the wider cone. This worked and thank you!
