    I already had a later version of this book, but this version actually has much more information, with much better images. It is totally worth having this one as well.

    must need book for present day pattern making U.K. style

    Along with U.S. measurement standards, the metric system being British measurement standards needs recognition as well for patternmaking and garment blocks. Explanation about tools and equipment for making patterns was very enlightening. The illustrations and various charts were very good and easily understood.
