Arrived really quickly. I expected the Dyson head to fit in exactly the same way as the original but it just slotted in to the hose without having a connector that clicked into the bit that holds it in place. Also the 2 connectors don't fit the model I have (DC 20) even though I chose the right one.. Still, it seems to stay in place without it so I'm happy with that & assume that it's by design. Still much better than having to buy a new vacuum cleaner.
