The box arrived with the cup damaged, apparently due to very thin wrapping. I had to send the pictures, and requested the seller to refund. The seller asked me to print some letter, bring to USPS office so as to help the seller reclaim the insured money, I helped, and it took another couple of hours and trips. Overall, it was 2-3 weeks, a lot of time, nothing remains, definitely not a happy experience.
