It worked for about 20 pages and then the jamming retured. I contacted the seller, no reply. I was suppose to get a refund of $20 when I sent back the old fuser unit back. No refund either. I tried reaching out to them again. Still no reply. Won't recommend the fuser unit.

The fuser arrived in a matter of days, brand new, well packaged and undamaged. Also included in the box was a return label to ship back the old fuser. I stalled the new fuser with no issues and the printer is now printing sharp, clear pages once again. I will buy from this seller again.
