No denying it works!
I am severely obese and wanted to make one last effort before I gave up and just let myself die. Seeing Joe start this thing quite overweight himself instantly made me curious how he would fare in his quest. the longer I watched it the more convinced I became that this could very well be the way to go. joe is very motivating if a bit straight forward .. And almost insensitive at times. perhaps that is what is necessary to really get others to take a serious look at what is ahead if they do not change their direction. He is very real in wanting to also share his success on the reboot program and I found that to be very motivating. He meets many on his journey across the US and shows them, with his own life, how they can "Reboot" their own body to desire the kinds of food that will not ... Fat, sick, and nearly dead. Is a great food and health documentary. Joe Cross does a wonderful job, of exposing the Western diet, as clearly toxic and sickening to the human body. The juice reboot that he recommends, and the strong fruit and vegetable diet is a blessing and clearly excellent for health and well-being. Watch it. Live it. Love it!
