Fit pretty good, I had to modify a little bit in the front lower part to clear a flange on the engine, but other then that it lined up good and had good hardware. Also if your a LS swap newbie like me be aware that relocating your SBC mounts with this bracket means your SBC mounts go right were the LS AC pump is mounted, so if you want AC you'll have to relocate your AC pump. I'm not running AC so it wasn't an issue for me.
