The guitar build and quality is very high. No joke - It rivals custom shop guitars that are 4-5 times its price range. The U shape neck is not chunky at all. Intonation is good. Frets aren't sharp.The guitar looked good and was ready to be played out of the box. The shipping was very fast. It took less than a week, exactly 6 days, to process, package, and ship the item, from Japan to Hawaii. Customer service is really good. Shout out to Yukari for always responding in a timely manner.

The package arrived much faster than the estimated arrival date. The watch was packaged very securely, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. I love this bass! I saw it a couple of weeks ago on the Japan-Media-Store and I had to get it. It took exactly a week from the time I ordered it to the time it was delivered to my home. Initially, it looked like there was no movement on the shipping and I contacted the vendor. He told me it had shipped, 3 days earlier and to contact him within 24 hours if I saw no movement. It arrived two days later. It arrived in excellent shape. They packaged it well for it's transcontinental journey.
