I placed an order on July 19, expecting to receive a package on August 24. It is long, but Ol for transatlantic parcels. A few days after deadline, it began to bother me that the tracking status was still like "package is in US". I contacted the seller, but he was absolutely not responsive. He constantly repeated that delivery to a EU takes "a little longer" and advised me to contact my local post office. Absurd and unprofessional. The seller sent a parcel, and I have to run to look for it.
