Rated positive only because the replacement housing worked, but after I transferred one of the hose collars. I messaged the seller twice to at least ask a question as to whether the old part could be transferred, but it went unanswered. I wouldn't recommend buying the open box items. These could be missing parts.

    Might was shot, installed this and heat is working but noticed my pump is also bad. Might want to check that too, I'm reading that pumps are failing within 1-2years of use on new Whirlpool dishwashers.

    It does not get hot like it should even though we turned up our hot water heater and always run hot water before starting the dishwasher. Some things still have to be washed by hand. Do not know if we should send it back or what
