Works fine for towing my dirt bike 1 1/2 miles to the trails. Would not trust it for a heavier motorcycles. Assembly instructions were non existent, just an exploded view that was a bit lacking. Had to use some extra washers as spacers to make up for some of the gaps but it works very well for my purpose now it's put together.

Had some issues with the product and the packaging, seller has reached out several times in an effort to obtain a better review. Also has offered a partial refund,
Packaging arrived damaged and fasteners were missing.
Finish of product was not great, burrs and sharp edges left on parts, seam weld not ground down enough for the parts to move on each other without binding. These are facts and they will not change however the seller has made a sincere effort to redeem themselves.

Faster then expected delivery. Seems to work pretty good so far although I feel the bolts included in the package for assembly should be about a half inch longer. Also, some of the welds left slag and rough edges that I had to file down for smoother operation. Overall, I like the item but more attention to detail during construction would be good.

The color matches nicely with my Road King. Very spacious trunk. I can fit two full helmets inside no problem. The seller was very good at communication.
