This is listed as a direct replacement which was not exactly the case for my PT Cruiser. The factory intermediate pipe had to be shortened some because the overall length of this replacement catalytic converter was a little longer than the factory unit. Other than that the unit arrived in good shape and appears to be good quality.

It did fit OK… But all of the hardware was the wrong size. It was all too big. So make sure you keep your old hardware.

My previous one was soo clogged that I couldn't go over 35 or 40 mph on a straight road, I'm not even going to say how slow it was going on hills. Now my '04 PT Cruiser is running smoothly.
