First off they asked how I wanted it delivered, which I liked. They wrote on the box how to deliver it to me and that impressed me. It came as written. Now as for the part , what can I say but it was perfect. I cut out my pipe and removed the old part. The part matched again perfectly. I installed it and used the hardware that came with it and I was really happy with the result. It only took me about an hour for the whole process. I definitely would recommend your parts to my friends. Thanks.

The product received is not same as the product in picture and not well made.
The most bad trick is the seller accepts return HOWEVER they never provide shipping label. The return shipping cost is very high if customers want to return it. $100 product sales price I have to pay about $50 return shipping cost. Usually seller has shipping discount from eBay or shipping carrier. Why this seller did not provide shipping return label? Maybe the seller does not want the customer return at all.
