    These are awesome books! My 6 year old LOVES them.

    My 6 year old son is a great reader. We checked out a "Captain Underpants" book also by Pilkey, but the language was too descriptive- as in 5 adjectives describing a potion. That humor was lost on a little kid, even if he could read all the words. But Ricky Ricotta and his Mighty Robot is kind of like a superhero book, but with robots and drawing instructions for each of the characters in the back of each book. Because my son was devouring so many library books each week, I stopped buying him books. He asked to own the Ricky series so he could read them over and over and have the drawing guides in the back.

    Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot by Dave Pilkey

    This was a wonderful book written by the same author as the Captain Underpants Series. i bought this for my nine yr old & asked him if it woudl be an OK book for the summer. He got very excited and explained who the main caracter was & that it was the same author as his other books.He read it in 2 afternoons and wants more of the these from the series. I was very pleased with the book, the artwrk is cute and it is written as well as the other books.

    Ricky Ricotta's Robot Book, books are loved by BOYS!!!

    I think this is a SUPER book... My son started reading these books, and now he has read and tested on the complete series. These are great books to inspire BOYS to read. I would recommend this book to all boys.
