I was not aware that it did not have a D: Drive. That was not a problem though as I have an external drive that I use. I will keep in touch if I run into any problems. At this juncture I do not for see any problems. I do like refurbished computers from reputable sellers as they are more reliable than brand new computers. It is a sad fact. It was priced perfectly for what the product is. Thank you.

The VGA adapter and the WIFI adapter just plugged in and worked! No problems. Why buy a new computer when you can get a used proven computer so much cheaper. Hard to find new computers that comes with DVD drive and a serial port. Old school, but so am I. I got mine with 32G of RAM and Windows 11 Pro. Highly recommend it!

It is refurbished but a big improvement over my old 2 core Dell with a mechanical hard drive and 8 Gb of ram. The 5040 boots much faster due to it's quad core processor and 1 T SSD. The 5040 also came with 32 Gb of ram and a CD/DVD optical drive I didn't expect. The Intel 530 video GD displays great video on my new KTC H24T27 24" LCD monitor but I had to use the DP port vs the HDMI port to get the higher res.
