Guiding a team of two specialists in and around Las Vegas locations, players must save the citizens of Sin City from poison in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas. To get from start to finish, players may switch between two characters: Brian Armstrong, a field operative and assault expert, and Shawn Rivers, an elite sniper and long-range shooter. The "snake cam" is included in this portable version of Vegas, and is used to locate bad guys before entering a room. <br><br>Enemies in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas are designed to grow smarter and work together as the game progresses to challenge players thinking and planning skills. Up to five players may go head-to-head on six maps in such multiplayer modes as "Survival" and "Team Survival," by using an Ad-hoc or Infrastructure network connection. By building up their stats, players gain access to exclusive content including concept art and a "Terrorist Hunt" mode.

    It is a good start

    I cannot tell you how long I was waiting for Rainbow Six Vegas to come out. The release just keep getting delayed. Well finally it came out and I have to say I was not as thrilled as I thought I would be. Don't get me wrong that game is pretty good, but it was not what I was expecting. Pros: 1. The graphics are not as great as they could probably be, but they are pretty sharp. 2. The movement and aiming system used is different, it is like a cross between auto aim like in Socom and manual aiming using the action buttons like in Metal of Honor. It is a nice set up, it takes a little getting used to but I like it. 3. Gameplay and story line are very good and replay value is high due to unlocking new stages and the online play. Now for the cons: 1. I always like the Rainbow Six ...

    Must have for PSP Owners

    I had this game on PreOrder for almost 2 months, and it was worth the wait. I have never played any of the Rainbow Six games in the past so I cannot compare this to the other titles, but this is a really fun game. This game combines strategy and a shooter together to make a very fun and difficult game. The graphics are very clear and are everything a 3rd gen game should look like at this point. The sounds in this game is very cool when you hook your PS3 up to a good sound system. The story modes and multiplayer make this games replay value very high, I will probably hold onto this game for a while because of that. I don't play on-line but you can build you character up the better you play and that looks fun. The map function in this game works well and you can navigate through areas ...

    Great Graphics, odd controls

    The graphics are great compared to socom, but there are max 4 players per game online. Single player is great and it is worth the buy. The controls are not though out well at all you turn using the triangle, square, x and o.

    Awesome game in

    The game stays true to the Rainbow Six fashion. There are some minor drawbacks, such as the team-arrests being limited, etc. However, the missions are still as difficult as the original titles on PS2. There's lots of story and missions to deal out the damage, take prisoners, and of course... ask questions later. There's few unlockables... such as some images... and the level completion ratio is based on how well the player is at their shot accuracy, much like many other FPS [First Person Shooter] titles. For a PSP game, it's not the best FPS on the system, but it's a good addition to any FPS collection.
