The item is absolutely perfect. The package contained all the screws, support feet and and allen key. The CNC machining is flawless; after 5 minutes I was ready to play my Volcas on my brand new rack. I only would have liked to know about the possibility to ask for an oak version of it before ordering (take a look on their website!)... however 5 stars are absolutely deserved. I highly recommend Synths and Woods to all those who need a rack for their synths.

Tried to give them an opportunity to address the issue I had and no response. Not the way to handle customer service. The item was made of second rate material and was chipped upon receiving. They sent the package from England to the States in a flimsy, hardly padded envelope that provided little to no protection. I always try to support small businesses but with that you expect a great quality item. This was not one. I do not recommend this seller.
