Screen and battery were replaced and as a result the device is operating like it's new and looks pretty much flawless. To those who may care: the phone has the warnings about non-official Apple parts in system settings, and as a result it stubbornly refuses to estimate battery health, but Face ID and all else is working great and that's all I care about. 10/10 seller provided exactly what I hoped for in a used older device.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
