I actually ordered the wrong item unknowingly l and Lulu was so knowledgeable that once hearing the model of my bed frame, they knew what I was looking for was actually a different item that luckily they also had available for purchase. Without me having to resubmit a bid they swapped out the order and had it shipped out promptly. Shipping was delayed 4 days due to FedEx fumbling the ball, at no fault to Lulu. 10/10 stars=Lulu❤️
