I found the roller bearings were too small, or set too far apart, causing my diesel engine wheels to rest not on the bearings but on the aluminum U shaped trucks. Thus, they couldn't move. The seller has positioned the roller bearings to accept wide diameter steam engine wheels, and not the smaller wheels found on the trucks of diesel engines. Very disappointing. Rather than return to Turkey, I've chosen to replace all roller bearings. Not happy.
