Extrem unfreundlicher und irritierender Kundenservice. Es gab anscheinend Probleme mit der Zustellung in der Weihnachtszeit durch die Deutsche Post. Daraufhin musste der Artikel zurückgeschickt werden und es gab keine Sendungsverfolgung, die mich darüber informiert hat. Erst auf meine Nachfrage hin, wurde ich informiert. Der Artikel wurde mir nicht auf meinen Wunsch hin erneut zugesandt sondern erstattet. Nun wurde ich als Kunde geblockt. Was ist das denn für eine Reaktion?
