Phone listed as “very good” and was supposed to be free from “visible surface scratches while in use”. I could clearly see a couple deep scratches while using. I had sent photos to seller, but they weren’t very helpful and wanted more photos from farther away. It’s very hard to capture iPhone imperfections on photo. Decided to just live with it, but felt it was accurately graded.

Both of my orders for the iphone 12 256GB works intermittently in Laos. The three main problem are, Overheating, wifi dropping and very poor GSM connection. The first two I can't do anything about but the later was confirmed by putting the sim into various other phones and it worked and was fast. Place it back into the iphone and the speed is 1MB. This is VERY poor connectivity.
I suspect both phones had more than just their battery and screen replaced. I'm very disappointed.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
