I was nervous ordering a refurbished phone online but went with Supplytronics due to their high positive feedback, I'm glad I did. I received the iPhone 12 as described and without issue. However, I ran into some minor problems with the battery (which might simply be from Apple being Apple) once I started using the phone. I was able to return the iPhone without any issues and received a prompt refund. If I decide to buy a refurbished phone again, I would definitely look at Supplytronics first.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
