I love the Titan…this is the third one I have. The seller sucks. I messaged them saying that I had no hot water…His description looked very different than what happened. Buy B4 5 & it ships out that dayNOPE. Purchase on Thursday Dec. 1 @ 14:51 didn’t ship till next day GROUND. received the following Thursday @ 14:00.
