awesome scanner.

Super confusing - no way to contact a help desk - Asian behind the curtain operation at best
Horrible instructions. I am still not clear if I can operate the unit without spending BIG BUCKS to update and/or enhance the unit. What you pay for the unit is one thing. The cost of owning it seems to be all together different. I hope the manufacturer will read this and contact me because I feel duped.

Worth the purchase
it worked well after you download the software updates. The website took a little bit to navigate thru as this model doesn't actually show on the list. Once you get the hang of it, It does well. The only bummer is that it doesn't come with a case, otherwise I wouldn't have deducted a star.
