    Good product

    This is the first pet water bowl that I've had that came with a filter and I think it's a good idea but not sure just how necessary it is since no pet has ever gotten sick from one without them. However, they do filter out any particles that should not be in the water and I use the same type (almost) for my aquarium and that always has very clean water.

    Great way to filter water

    My dogs love their water. I've been using this system for a couple of years now. Changing the filter is easy. After hearing about all the things that could be in your water, I feel that I'm taking the extra step to keep my girls healthy.

    Cat Approved

    I have two watering dishes by the same brand. Ran out of these and left one dish without one; the other had one in. The cats ignored the dish without the filter even when the one that had a filter was down to the last inch or so. This went on for weeks while I figured out a good source for the filters. So these filters are Cat Approved, you could say.

    good filter

    These filters fit nicely and are very easy to change. I am not sure how long they last as I just installed the first one. But the water looks very nice, and the dog is very happy drinking it.

    Terrific price

    I was going to purchase these filters from Amazon but I thought I would check eBay and by golly, they were almost $4.00 cheaper. BTW, the filters greatly improve the quality that our dog and cat drink!
