I try to offer a selection of materials depending on the requirements. each material has its own pros and cons. The point a material turns from solid to a softer state is known as Glass transition Temp. PLA Pro is one of the lower GTT. but i do offer HIPS and PC which all have a higher GTT. HIPS cost about the same as PLA Pro, but PC is more expensive as its part of the Engineering grade materials.I try to help educate in my listings about GTT.But i am sad you didn't contact direct about this

This customer ordered the wrong material for his needs and is blaming me. I offer 3 different types of material based of the temperatures needed (AKA Glass transition temp). They ordered the budget material for the high end need.
This is like buying a 20lb ratchet strap, securing a 200lb load and blaming the strap when it breaks.
