What a DEAL, very good Quality!! The only issue I had was the packaging instructions were all in Chinese. After contacting the seller, she immediately sent me an easy to use online manual. I'd say if you need a hearing device and it's not covered by insurance or too expensive, this is totally the way to go!!!!
