Poor communication with their customers, poor packaging so items take severe chance of arriving damaged as mine did. Won’t communicate with you until you go thru eBay. Then want you to cancel your return request with eBay before they send a replacement. Product on the other hand is great but they need to work on customer experience and shipping procedures they currently have in place.
