Happy with product but very disappointed as they literally just arrived in post as I’m writing this to you. I ordered them for my daughter’s birthday which is today and sadly didn’t get to use the balloons as we already celebrated without them because they were late. As you can see in oictues below we didn’t use them so I would like to send them back or have a refund please
