cleans good,easy to use,miss not being able to do a clear water rinse

Pros: Lightweight, easy to handle Cons: Shampoo that came with product was for The Green Machine Portable Unit, didn't know until finished shampooing carpet and 1 upholstered chair. A sticky label had covered the area that showed that it was for portable model. The cap was broken also. When using the upholstery tool, water leaked all over the floor and the brush rollers run while doing upholster. Great item, great value.
First of all, it's in very good condition. And you can not tell if this is a brand new or refurbished item. It comes with 1 gallon clean tank. A little small for a large room, esp for a deep clean. You might need refill it couple of time to clean the whole house. Even it's a little bit heave, but quite easy to operate. Just in deep clean mode, you need repeat pull the machine to make no more water left. And it make the rug looks like the brand new. All kinds of accesory is a littlbe bit overwhelem. I like the one can clean the sofa. As I have other vaccum, those none wet headers are not help too much. First of all, it's in very good condition. Not like older model plastic
Plastic is not like older models. Plastic on this unit is like china toy plastic. No on board tool storage. No on/ off switch for heat, which not sure it really heats the water or not. I do love your able to clean the brushes and suction inlet compare to older models. Great suction, but not as good on berber carpets. Two roller are great for loosening up hair. Mixing solution in with water seems it would shorten the life on the heater element. Plastic is not like older models. Plastic on this unit is like china toy plastic. No on board tool storage. Excellant Machine, lightweight with outstanding features
Awesome machine at excellent value. Cleans very well and cleans itself. So far no problems. The only draw back so far was the delivery time was off by 4 days, When I did contact them about it, it was almost like , So Sad To Bad you will get it on the 21st instead of the Guaranteed date of the May 17th. Should remove the word "Guarantee" from the listing
