I had to jumper my gotek to S0, and add a FF.cfg file with the lines: "interface = ibmpc-hdout" and "host=pc-dos" and I was able to boot up the reference disk image, and get my PS/2 model 60 working! The adapter was worth the wait!

One nit-pick, the screws didn't want to go all the way into the bracket, but a a little cleaning of the print fibers on the backside of the screw holes and everything is now tight and right!
