Excellent communication was quick and interactive. Packaged well. Shipped and delivered quickly. Good physical condition upon receipt. Worked (except as described below). The refurbishment somehow missed replacing the pick rollers which resulted in trouble grabbing pages, skewed feeding, and separating separate pages. Seller immediately issued partial refund so I could order replacement rollers. I would order from this seller again. No issues with them and greatly appreciate the followup.
