Luckily the unit survived the USPS gorillas even though it was not packaged very firmly for the weight of the unit. Unit arrived fast with no damage. Bottom of box was starting to rip. Might consider beefing up heavier shipments a little more. I am having trouble getting the HD radio stations to come in but other than that it seems to be ok. I already have one of these units including owners manual and Audessy setup microphone so I am familiar with setup. But overall - good transaction.
