Disappointing.
Received a cosmetically PERFECT phone, with an aftermarket battery (unknown health) and non-functioning NFC.
Messaged the seller and was told they would fix the NFC issue at no charge.
Phone was shipped back for the repair and once received, they issued a refund instead.
Why advertise as "100% Fully Functional" or promise "85% or higher Battery Health/Capacity" when the phone clearly displays the error(s) and issues???

They didn’t check the condition of the phone. It was not in Excellent condition as the description stated. It had dents all around the bezel of the phone and scratches on the back cover and camera lens. The only way to exchange it for the correct condition was to order a new one and return this, so instead I just asked for a refund so that I don’t want waste my time again. Beware and look elsewhere!

Unfortunately this iPhone 14 Plus came with a small section of dead pixels, so not “excellent”, seller is not set up for direct exchanges so I had to return this one for a refund, and purchase another from them, the follow up purchase to replace the damaged one however was “excellent”, just wish they could do exchanges instead of having to put out the money again, but all was made right, original purchase was refunded.
