Repair turnaround excluding shipping was 15 days, not 3-5 as listed. After no word I reached out via message and Javier at Seawire stated LCD display was out of stock which is understandable. However, after stating they had gotten part they missed multiple promised ship dates and did not initiate updates. Unfortunately, unable to test functionality of unit before feedback closes. Chose seller and paid more because of the 100% feedback, and hate to be the blemish, but this was my experience.
