I bought this iPhone 13 Pro max for the increased RAM, The increased screen refresh rate, the better camera(s) and the larger battery. The appearance is excellent, as is the screen refresh rate. The retina display is really sharp and crisp. The battery however was a disappointment. It was at 85% capacity, which is the same as the iPhone 12 Pro, which was rated as, "very good" by the same seller. I will recommend this seller, but caution about the battery.

Seems to be in almost spotless condition cosmetically, other than a pretty big scratch on the lens. This doesn’t affect any performance, so I would say it still deserves “excellent” condition rating. The battery health was a little low, it was only at 88 which is above the advertised 85 minimum but not by much. Overall I’m satisfied though.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
