The phone arrived in exactly the condition described in the listing including being factory unlocked to work with any network. I don't know if anything was actually 'refurbished' about it, as opposed to just being inspected and repackaged, but I am satisfied with the purchase. I was hoping the SE3 battery life would be significantly better than my 2017 8, but it is a bit disappointing. However, that is a reflection of Apple, not of this seller so I would buy from this seller again.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
