The seller has included everything needed to make sure it runs smoothly. There is a small screwdriver, to change the batteries, small packets of cleaners and instructions to factory reset, which I don't have to do because it's already done. It came ready to use. I just have to turn it on and write, There was a small glitch in the delivery though. It was delivered to a house on our road.
