    Great for 50 + Who feels stiff each day

    Just the right balance of stretch and basic pilates. I am 58 and wake up sore and stiff. Even just doing one 20 minute segment i feel so much better and limber to start my day.

    Did it once and got rid of it

    prefer stott pilates, core fusion, and others. I find "element" series are more about offering a dvd for a face/personality than for the quality of guidance and instruction and value of the workout.

    Not Really For Beginners

    This workout is definitely not for beginners unless you are already in very good shape. And as another review noted, I too get the feeling that the producers of this series use models rather than actual Pilates instructors for these DVD's. As a beginner it is hard to keep pace and use proper form which is where an actual instructor would help. Overall, did not like this video and donated it to my local library.
