I purchased the phone on Feb 29 because the description that was written about the phone and offered a 2 day free Fedex but it took in reality 5 days so that was kind of dissappointed. The phone arrived in a generic box well packed, and the phone looks brand new, no blemishes, no scratches, it ust looks new to me. And it works like a champ. Happy with the purchase but not with the delivery time since I had no phone. I really wanted to give this seller 5* ... but the shipping and delivery (?)

When you order from this seller be aware of late responses and that they don’t use original parts to refurbish phones. I would have returned it if it wasn’t a present.

I have used it for a week before writing this review. Beautiful phone and is in excellent condition. Super fast shipping. Just a little scratch on the camera rims (not the lens), which is nothing that a phone case cannot cover. Besides that, not a single scratches anywhere else. Battery 90%, everything works flawlessly. This is my first ebay refurbished phone and it was an excellent experience! Thank you and would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.

Unfortunately this iPhone 14 Plus came with a small section of dead pixels, so not “excellent”, seller is not set up for direct exchanges so I had to return this one for a refund, and purchase another from them, the follow up purchase to replace the damaged one however was “excellent”, just wish they could do exchanges instead of having to put out the money again, but all was made right, original purchase was refunded.
