The deilvery process is positive, the keyboard that arrived fit my T430 with no issues. HOWEVER, I purchased this keyboard to replace the original non-backlit lenovo keyboard on my T430. The keyboard they sent is defective! Only half the keys are backlit, or working. The whole right side of the keyboard does not light up. I'm a very busy person and have no time to send this POS back, so I will order again from another source. Thumbs down!
