Really nicely machined aluminium, anodised well, very strong and sturdy when tightened up. It’s not obvious from pictures but the twisty knobs are spring-loaded so that you can pull them out a little to disengage them from the screws they’re on. This is so you can turn them in close/overlapping proximity to something attached without obstruction, but it can be fiddly. Otherwise really good, Thanks

Nice solid item, only problem is when you put the GoPro on it, it is impossible to tighten the screw as the solid red handle on the screw hits the bottom of the GoPro. I swapped the screw for a straight GoPro screw.
