Shipping was fast. I have another bottle of it but needed another one since I am traveling and the other one may not last. Yup, ran out so, i had to open this one. However, this product is not what I expected. The cream was yellowish in color and it had a funky smell. And they are too watery. Also, opened it on a Friday, Aug 4, now it’s Aug 8 and it is not pumping out enough material. Pulled the cover and cream/serum are almost gone. This should last me at least a month 🥲

I am very sorry your product arrived damaged. My supplier said the product may have been exposed to too much heat. High temperatures can cause the product to breakdown. I do offer a 30 day return policy. Please follow EBAY's return instructions and you will receive a full refund. Once again I apologize for your trouble.

    Great product and great price!

    I recently purchased the SkinMedica face cream from my dermatologist office. I wanted to compare it to No 7 which I previously used for wrinkles and skin tightening. The SkinMedica is very similar, however it seems to do a better job of tightening up the wrinkles. The price I paid on eBay was 1/3 of the price I paid at the dermatologist office. I was careful to compare the two products and there was absolutely NO DIFFERENCE! eBay was, by far, the better deal for the same product, and I will not hesitate to order again when I need more.

    Expensive but worth it

    I love this stuff. It has really improved my skin, helping to eliminate the large pores around my nose. I use once a day (morning), and a bottle last me between 3-4 months.

    Skin Medica Serum, is an excellent product. Leaves skin looking smooth and younger, I just like how it feels. I use it at night and use a moisturizer after applying the Serum. It’s just a great product
