After talking with the seller he replaced it with a new thumper. Told me to keep the damaged one, he has no use for it. After talking with him and reading all of his reviews. I reexamined the box it came in. It looks to me the shipping carrier let it fall over on it side. I am thrilled to own a nice still from his company. If anyone in the market to buy a still. That is absurd considering all my positive feedback.I am insulted to have a comment saying that we shipped the product that way. Totally untrue.
