The glass is punctured and it is missing nearly every tack on the back. I contacted them immediately to ask for compensation or to mail it back for a refund. I waited a day and a half, and they did not reply. I contacted them a second time, waited, and now I'm left with a broken item, a ghosting seller, and I'm out $120.
