My only gripe was the box it was sent in wasn't up for the journey and the jacket was partially hanging out of of the box when it arrived. All in all a good transaction. Prompt shipping. The speakers were packaged impressively in multiple layers of bubble wrap. The bubble wrap layers were taped together with painters tape which made unwrapping frustration free (tape easily comes off). The bose speakers appear to work prefectly.
