    The item was marked as delivered USPS but never came. I reached out to the buyer and we both put an inquiry in with the post office and eBay. Because the item was marked as delivered and the “investigation” didn’t find anything a refund by the post office or eBay wasn’t warranted. HOWEVER, the seller immediately refunded me even though they were under NO obligation to do so. If I could give this seller 10 stars I would. They were incredibly prompt and thorough with the follow up.
